• Providing this information upfront ensures the correct type and size of vehicle is dispatched with enough capacity for all passengers and animals.
• Failing to include the correct information may result in additional charges.
• Animals must be kept inside proper cages or carriers at all times; otherwise, drivers are entitled to refuse the transport.
