Standard Pickups
For a standard pickup (e.g. from a hotel or home address):
- Your chauffeur will aim to arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
- Your chauffeur will wait for up to 15 minutes before leaving the pickup point.
Airport, Port & Train Station Pickups
Pickups from airports, ports, and train stations include one hour of complimentary wait time.
- Provide your flight number, ship name, or train number when booking so your chauffeur can track your arrival.
- Your chauffeur will adjust your pickup time to account for any delays or early arrivals where possible.
Hourly Service
When you book an Hourly Service, the driver and vehicle remain at your complete disposal for the entire duration of the service. The complimentary wait time therefore equals the full length of your booking.
