Can I bring food and drinks into the car?

Learn Transfeero's rules on bringing food and drinks into its vehicles, including restrictions on alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, and potential cleaning charges.

Transfeero discourages eating in its vehicles and has specific rules for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to keep rides safe and clean.

Food

To maintain the cleanliness of our vehicles, we discourage the consumption of food during transfers.

Drinks

Alcoholic drinks

  • Allowed only with the prior consent of the chauffeur and in accordance with local laws.
  • If a passenger appears too intoxicated, the chauffeur may ask them to stop drinking.
  • If alcohol consumption compromises safety, the chauffeur may stop the ride.

Non-alcoholic drinks

  • Permitted at the driver's discretion.
  • Passengers travelling in a First Class vehicle will find complimentary bottled water on board.

Additional Cleaning Charges

If the vehicle requires cleaning due to spilled food or drinks, an additional charge may apply.
