Why Can't Minors Travel Alone?
The safety and well-being of all passengers is Transfeero's highest priority. Allowing minors to travel without adult supervision would expose them to potential risks and may violate local laws and transport regulations.
This policy applies to all Transfeero services, regardless of:
- Destination
- Journey length
- Time of day
For example, even a short airport transfer will not be carried out if a minor is travelling without an adult.
Who Counts as a Responsible Adult?
A responsible adult is any person who is 18 years of age or older and remains in the vehicle for the entire duration of the trip. This can be:
- A parent
- A legal guardian
- Any other accompanying adult
Are There Any Exceptions?
No, there are absolutely no exceptions. If a minor arrives at the pick-up point without an adult, the driver will be unable to proceed with the transfer.
If you are booking a transfer that involves a minor, please ensure that a responsible adult is booked and present for the same journey. Failure to do so may result in the service being refused without a refund.
