Luggage Guidelines
Medium Size Suitcase
A medium size suitcase must not exceed 20 kg and the following dimensions:
- 66 x 44 x 27 cm
- 26 x 17 x 10 in
Small Items
In addition to your suitcases, each booking may include 1 small item per passenger, such as a laptop, camera bag, or small shoulder bag.
Important Notes
- Safety is our highest priority. Chauffeurs may refuse service if they consider the number of passengers or the amount of luggage to be unsafe.
- We recommend selecting a vehicle class that matches both your number of passengers and your total luggage to ensure a comfortable and safe journey.
