You can apply a discount code during the fourth step of the booking process — but only before a ride is confirmed.
When to Add a Discount Code
Discount codes can only be entered during step 4 of the booking process. It is not possible to apply a discount code to a ride that has already been made.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Start a new booking and proceed through the first three steps as usual.
- On the fourth step of the booking process, locate the discount code field.
- Enter your discount code in the field provided.
- Confirm or apply the code.
Discount Code Recognition
Once you have entered your code, the system will indicate whether it has been accepted:
- Valid code: A confirmation phrase will be displayed, and the reduced amount will be shown deducted from your total cost.
- Invalid or incorrect code: The discount will not be applied. Double-check the code and try again.
