You will receive your chauffeur's name and contact information 6 hours before your pickup time — and up to 24 hours before pickup via your Transfeero account.
How You Will Receive the Chauffeur's Details
Chauffeur contact information is delivered through the following channels:

Adding SMS or WhatsApp Notifications
During the booking process, you can opt in to receive chauffeur details via SMS text message and/or WhatsApp for a small fee of $1.49 / £1.49 / €1.49.
Viewing Details in Your Transfeero Account
You can also view the chauffeur's contact information directly in your private Transfeero travel account, available up to 24 hours before pickup. To access it:
- Log in using the link and credentials from your booking confirmation.
- Visit your travel page: Log in to your Transfeero account.
- Find the chauffeur's contact information listed on your travel page.
