Our Meet & Greet service is designed to make your airport pickup as easy and stress-free as possible.

With this service, your driver will wait for you in the Arrivals Hall of the relevant terminal, after your flight has landed.

The driver will be holding a welcome sign with your name, allowing you to easily recognize them upon arrival.

Once the driver has met you, they will lead you to the vehicle arranged for your transfer and assist you with the journey to your destination.

The Meet & Greet service is available at most airports. However, due to local airport regulations, security restrictions, or other external logistical reasons, the service may not be available at certain locations.

At airports where Meet & Greet is not permitted, the driver will meet you at the designated pickup point permitted by the airport authorities instead.

Please always refer to your booking confirmation and pickup instructions for the specific meeting arrangements applicable to your transfer.

What should I do when I arrive?

After collecting your luggage, proceed to the Arrivals Hall and look for the driver holding your welcome sign.

We recommend keeping your phone switched on and available after landing so that the driver can contact you if necessary.
