How do I book a child seat / booster seat?
Learn how to add a child or booster seat to your booking — up to two are included free of charge — and what to do if you need more than two seats.
You can add child or booster seats during the booking process — up to two seats are included free of charge with every reservation.
Available Seat Types

| Booster seat | 15–36 kg | 4–10 years |
For children under one year of age, an infant or baby seat is also included. It is the partner's responsibility to assess and provide the appropriate device for each case.
What Is Included
Every reservation includes two seats free of charge. These may be:
- Two child seats
- Two booster seats
- One child seat and one booster seat
While we cannot guarantee seat orientation (rear-facing or forward-facing), all provided options fully comply with applicable safety standards.
How to Add a Seat to Your Booking
- Select your preferred vehicle class.
- On the second step of the booking process, add your child or booster seat(s).
- In the "Notes for the Chauffeur" section, include your child's age and weight so the most suitable seat can be prepared.
Important: Make sure to add your request during the booking process, or contact Transfeero at least 24 hours before your trip — we will be happy to assist you.
Need More Than Two Seats?
If you require more than two child or booster seats, please follow these steps:
- Enter your request in the Notes for Chauffeur section of your booking.
- Contact Customer Service afterwards to confirm the arrangement.
Please note that the maximum number of child and booster seats that can be provided is limited.
