When do I get charged for my ride?
Learn when your credit card or PayPal account is charged for a ride booking and what refunds apply if you cancel at least 24 hours before pick-up.
Your card is charged as soon as your payment details are verified and your booking is confirmed.
How the Payment Process Works
- Verification: When you enter your payment details, the system verifies their validity.
- Charge: Once your payment details are authenticated, your credit card is immediately charged for the total amount of the booked service.
Payment by PayPal
If you pay via PayPal, the pre-authorization step is skipped and your card is charged immediately at the time of booking.
