Once your booking process has been completed and your reservation finalized, two separate emails will be sent to your email address.
The first email will be a booking confirmation, containing all the details of your itinerary and reservation.
The second email will include the password to access your account, ensuring an extra layer of security for your personal data.
Confirmation Email
After you book your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email.
This email will include:
Your reservation number
Pick-up and drop-off details
Billing information
Timing for receiving the driver’s information
Please note that for security reasons, the password to access your account will not be included in this email. It will be sent separately in a second message.
Password Email and Accessing Your Account
Shortly after receiving your confirmation email, you will get a second email containing the password to access your account.
Use your email address and this password to log in and:
View upcoming reservations
Check payment history
Make changes or cancel reservations
Access additional account features
