Once the booking process has been completed and your reservation finalized, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address. The confirmation e-mail will reflect the details of your itinerary, the timing for receiving driver's information, and a password to access your account.

Confirmation Email
After you book your reservation you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain the details of your reservation including the reservation number, pick up/drop off time, billing information, and a password to access your account.

Accessing Your Account
You can access your account using your email address and the password provided in the confirmation email. This will allow you to view your upcoming reservations, payment history, make changes or cancel reservations, and more. If you have forgotten your password, please click the "forgot password" link on the login page to reset it.
