Book your transfer step-by-step:

Welcome on our website Transfeero.com

  • At first, on the top of the site you can choose between “Ride” or “By hour”.

  • Enter your pickup and dropoff location/addresses
    ​Note: In the field “FROM Address, airport, hotel…” you can also search for keywords such as the Airport IATA Code “ex: FCO”. In the field “TO Address, airport, hotel” you can also search for spots like “ex: Colosseum” and select the location from the drop-down list.
    For airport pickups, please enter the Airport without specifying the Terminal; we track flights to ensure your Chauffeur waits at the right Terminal.

  • Enter the date and pick-up time - it will always be scheduled at the Local Time Zone. For more informations regarding the pick-up time from the airport click here.

  • Click the button “Search”.

  • Select your preferred vehicle class – Economy, Standard or First Class. Note: For every class you will also find the informations about the services included and how many passengers and luggages the vehicle can transport.

  • On the site “Extras and Notes” you can enter the flight number, the amount of child and/or booster seats - if needed. Furthermore you can write down the „Notes for the chauffeur“

  • Scroll down and click “Continue

  • On the site “Lead Passenger“ you can enter the information regarding the Lead Passenger. Please also enter the preferred name for the customized Welcome Tag at the airport (for example: First Name, Last Name).

  • Scroll down and click “Continue

  • Payment is the following step of the booking process; during this step you can enter a Discount Code (if you have any) and fill in the form regard the Billing address, the Price Breakdown and the payment methods allowed.

  • Scroll down and select the box ”I accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.“ If you click the box thereafter you can also subscribe to the newsletter from Transfeero.

  • On the right side of the screen you will find the summary of your service. Please make sure that everything is correct before you proceed with the payment.

  • Scroll down and click ”Continue

  • In the next step we will forward you to the checkout; you can proceed with fill in your credit card details. Please click on the blue button below to complete the payment.

  • Thereafter you will see that the payment was successfull, yet the reservation is confirmed. Again, you will see all the details regarding the transfer and you would also be able to download your Voucher. You will receive your Booking Confirmation email shortly after the payment has gone through.

  • If you need to manage, review or cancel your booking please click „SIGN-IN“ button that you can find on the top of the website. Enter the e-mail address you used during the booking process and your Password (which you received with the confirmation e-mail) and click „Sign-In“

Please note: In case you need to book for someone else, enter the guest’s contact informations.

It is important to enter the email address and phone number of the person who will be taking the ride so that they can receive the ride status updates and the chauffeur’s contact information.

If you do not know the email address, please enter your own, however it is mandatory to enter the guest’s mobile phone number.

In case of any onsite irregularities, Transfeero will try to contact the guest with this number.
