Receiving Chauffeur Contact Information

When you book a Transfeero service, you will receive the chauffeur’s name and contact information 6 hours before your pickup time. The chauffeur’s information will be sent to the email provided in the booking process and push notifications.

Now, for a small fee of $1.49 / £1.49 / €1.49, during the booking process you can also choose to receive these details via SMS text message and WhatsApp.

Furthermore, you can view the chauffeur’s contact information 24 hours before pickup in your private Transfeero travel account. To log into your account, use the link and credentials below:
