Receiving Driver Details Before Pickup

At Transfeero, we’re committed to providing a seamless and transparent travel experience.

Starting six hours before your scheduled pickup time, you will receive your driver’s contact details completely free of charge via email and push notifications via our app.

This gives you peace of mind and allows you to have a direct link with the local supplier you to have a direct connection with the local provider who will take care of your transportation needs.

For even more convenience, we’ve recently added new ways to receive your driver information.

Now, for a small fee of $1.49 / £1.49 / €1.49, during the booking process you can also choose to receive these details via SMS text message and WhatsApp.

If you wish to receive the driver details sooner than the usual 6 hours, you can view the driver details in your Travel Account (either through the mobile app or web) 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

To find their details in your account, first log in.

You will need to click on the booking for which you require the information.

Here, you will be able to view the driver's name and contact information.
