Receiving Driver Details Before Pickup

At Transfeero, we understand the need to know the driver details before the scheduled pickup time. That is why we send driver details 6 hours before pickup via both SMS and email.

If you wish to receive the driver details sooner than the usual 6 hours, you can view the driver details in your account (either through the mobile app or web) 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

To find the driver details in your account, first log in. You will then be taken to the Trip Summary page. Here, you will be able to view the driver's name and contact information.
