Booking a Child or Booster Seat
Booking a child seat or booster seat is quick and easy. After selecting your preferred vehicle class, you can add child or booster seats during the second step of the booking process.
In general, you have the following options:
Child seat/baby seat: Suitable for small children weighing 0 to 18 kg (approx. 0 to 4 years)
Booster seat: Suitable for children weighing 15–36 kg (approx. 4 to 10 years)
Each reservation includes two seats free of charge, which may be two child seats, two booster seats, or a combination of both.
To ensure we prepare the most suitable option, we kindly ask you to include your child’s age and weight in the “notes for the chauffeur” section.
Please make sure to add your request during the booking process, or contact Transfeero within 24 hours prior to your trip—we will be happy to assist you.
Under one year of age, the use of an infant or baby seat is also included. It is the partner's responsibility to assess and provide the appropriate device for each case.
Do you need more child seats or booster seats?
We are pleased to confirm that each reservation includes two complimentary seats, which may be two child seats, two booster seats, or a combination of both.
If you need more than 2 car seats, please enter the request in the Notes for Chauffeur section and contact the Customer Service afterwards. We’ll make sure that they will be correctly provided.
Additionally, while we cannot guarantee the orientation of the seats (rear-facing or forward-facing), all provided options fully comply with applicable safety.
