Canceling Your Transfeero Booking
We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a free cancellation option for our customers.
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up time.
Once the 24-hour window begins, any cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few days of cancellation, although exact timelines depend on your bank or card issuer.

Note: every bookings must be canceled by our customers themselves.

If you cancel your transfer within the 24 hours before your pick-up no refund is possible.

Your e-mail address used for the booking
Your password that has been sent in a separate email

After you signed in to your account and your booking is still refundable you will see the following "Cancel booking" button. Please click it to cancel your booking.
In case you have also a return transfer booked and you would like to cancel both transfers, please make sure you cancel them separately.
