Chauffeur Wait Times

We understand that it’s important for you to arrive for your pickup promptly. To help make sure you arrive on time – and that you get the most out of your chauffeur experience – these are our chauffeur wait times:

For a standard pickup (i.e. from a hotel or home address), your chauffeur will wait for 15 minutes before leaving the pick-up point. Our chauffeurs will also aim to arrive at the pickup location approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

Airport/port/train station pickups come with one hour of complimentary wait time before the chauffeur will leave the pickup location. By providing your flight number when you book the pickup, your chauffeur will be able to track your arrival time and adjust your pickup time for any delays and early arrivals (where possible).

By booking an Hourly Service, you will ensure the driver and the vehicle will remain at your complete disposal for the entire duration of the service.

Therefore, the complimentary waiting time for this kind of reservation, coincides with the duration of the service.
