Where do I meet my driver after an event?

How can I ensure a smooth pick-up after an event?

After an event, it’s typically best to meet your driver at a nearby location since they may not be able to access the immediate area in front of the venue.

We recommend considering an hourly service instead of a round trip or one way transfer. This would allow you to have a driver waiting for you for the whole time booked, despite delays in coming out of the arena.

Here are some tips for smooth coordination:

Pre-arranged Meeting Point: Agree with your driver on a nearby location (such as a nearby street, parking lot, or a designated pickup area) where you can easily meet. Make sure it’s a place accessible for the driver and convenient for you.

Buffer Time: Since getting out of the venue might take longer than expected, it’s a good idea to allow some extra time in your schedule. This way, you can reach the meeting point without feeling rushed.

Complimentary Waiting Time: Note that for events at private locations or venues, the complimentary waiting time is usually 15 minutes. For airports, ports, or train stations, it’s typically 1 hour. You should factor in this waiting time when planning your exit and pickup to avoid any surprises. In case you book an Hourly Service, the waiting time corresponds to the amount of hours booked.

By considering these points, you can avoid stress and ensure a smooth transition from the event to your ride.
