To ensure a smooth and flexible service experience, additional waiting time at the pick-up location may be available upon request.
If extra waiting time is required beyond the complimentary waiting period included in the booking, the driver may apply an additional charge of up to 45 EUR/GBP/USD per extra hour, depending on the service location and local currency.
The surcharge will always be calculated based on the actual additional waiting time requested and provided. Charges may therefore be applied proportionally for partial hours when applicable.
We recommend informing our Customer Service team or the driver as soon as possible if you anticipate delays, so we can coordinate the service efficiently and minimize disruptions to your journey.
