Bookings With Special Needs
If you need special accommodations, please be sure to write your request in the "Special requests/Notes for the chauffeur" box when booking. For larger assistive devices, like a collapsible wheelchair, please include the size so the chauffeur can make sure it can fit in the vehicle. Please note that unfortunately, we usually can’t transport rigid-frame wheelchairs.

For safety and convenience, we recommend booking at least 24 hours before your trip.
