The Transfeero Wallet is a prepaid digital payment tool available exclusively to Business Clients (B2B accounts). It allows companies to pre-fund their account and use the available balance to purchase services offered through the Transfeero platform.
Wallet activation is available upon request by contacting Sicily Action through official communication channels.
All Wallet top-ups are prepaid. Funds are made available immediately after processing, subject to standard banking timelines.
The Wallet can be selected as a payment method during booking, within the limits of the available balance at the time of purchase.
Wallet usage requires OTP (One-Time Password) authentication, sent to the phone number associated with the Business Account Owner.
The Account Owner may designate an alternative phone number belonging to an authorized collaborator via the platform.
Refunds of Wallet credit are possible only upon formal request by the Client.
Funds held in the Wallet do not accrue interest and do not generate any financial return.
